Pricing questions
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Your 7 days begin on the day you connect your first channel. During that time you use the Solo plan with a $1 AI budget. You do not enter a card. Each account, each channel and each Telegram user can get one trial. If you disconnect a channel and connect it again, it does not start a second trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan: 1 channel, 10 posts a month and a $0.50 AI budget. Free has no automations. The ad manager keeps your records readable. Posts and sold ads that you already scheduled still publish. You can choose a paid plan at any time.
Is the yearly plan cheaper than the monthly plan?
Yes. Yearly billing saves about 20%. Solo costs $182 a year instead of $228. Starter costs $278 instead of $348. Pro costs $470 instead of $588. Business costs $950 instead of $1,188. Limits and the AI budget are the same on both billing periods.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by card through Stripe or WayForPay. You can also pay with crypto: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH or TON. A card plan renews by itself. A crypto payment does not renew. When the paid period ends, the plan ends, and you pay again to extend it.
What is the AI budget?
It is the monthly amount of AI work that your plan includes, counted in US dollars. Text and image generation use it at the price of the model you choose. When the budget is used up, AI generation stops until the next period. Credits that you buy cover the extra use. Top-ups start from $5. Manual posting and scheduling continue to work.
How do upgrades, downgrades and cancellation work?
An upgrade starts at once. You pay the prorated difference. A downgrade starts when the current period ends. A cancellation keeps your plan active until the period ends, then the account moves to Free. If you pay with crypto or WayForPay, you cannot downgrade in the middle of a period.
Why are the prices in US dollars?
Every plan has one price in US dollars. At checkout, Stripe can show the price in your local currency. WayForPay creates the payment in US dollars, and the bank of a Ukrainian card can bill it in hryvnia. Check the amount on the payment page before you confirm.
