Use of Service

• You must comply with applicable laws and respect third-party rights. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with operations, or attempt to access areas to which you are not authorized.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through licensed third-party processors: Stripe for international cards (USD, EUR), WayForPay for Ukrainian payment methods (UAH, including bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and online banking), and cryptocurrency (USDT on the TRON network). The available methods and currencies are shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

Service Delivery

Autogram is a digital software-as-a-service product. No physical goods are shipped. Once the payment processor confirms your payment, your subscription is activated immediately and access to the corresponding features is granted to your account.

Refunds

All sales are final. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, and we may decline a request without providing reasons. To submit a request, contact support@autogram.ninja within 14 days of the charge; we will respond within 10 business days.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful manner.

Disclaimer

Autogram is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
