Channel administrator

A channel administrator is a user or bot granted rights to post and manage a Telegram channel, such as posting messages, editing, pinning, and managing other admins. To let Autogram publish for you, you add its bot as an administrator of your channel with permission to post messages. The bot only ever uses the rights you explicitly grant it.
