Multi-Channel management

Run multiple Telegram channels without the chaos. One dashboard gives you complete control over all channels, with individual settings for each.

  • Centralized dashboard
  • Channel-specific settings
  • Bulk post import (CSV/JSON)

Centralized dashboard

Monitor and manage all your Telegram channels from a single interface. See performance, schedule posts, and manage settings without switching between channels.

Channel-Specific settings

Configure each channel with its own posting schedule, AI instructions, and automation rules. Tailor your strategy for each audience independently.

Bulk post import

Import existing content in bulk to populate new channels quickly. Migrate your content library and get new channels up to speed without starting from scratch.

How multi-channel management works

Each channel you connect keeps its own settings: posting schedule, AI instructions, automation rules and posting mode. Nothing is shared by default, so a change on one channel cannot leak into another. The dashboard aggregates them for reading — one calendar, one list of upcoming posts, one place to see what published — while writes stay scoped to whichever channel you are working in. Channels are included up to the limit your plan sets rather than billed one at a time, and your plan settings show how much of that allowance is in use.

Running several channels, step by step

  1. 1

    Connect each channel

Add the Autogram bot as an administrator to each channel and it joins your dashboard. The free plan connects one channel, and the limit rises with the plan, up to unlimited channels on Business.

  2. 2

Give each channel its own settings

Every channel keeps its own posting schedule, AI instructions, automation rules and posting mode. Nothing is shared by default, so changing one channel cannot change another.

  3. 3

Work across channels from one place

The dashboard shows upcoming and published posts for all channels in one list and one calendar. An edit applies only to the channel you are working in.

  4. 4

    Fill a new channel quickly

Upload a CSV file to create many posts at once, as drafts or as scheduled posts. Download the CSV template first, and the import reports each row as imported or failed.

Settings, automations and limits

One automation, many channels

You can attach one automation to several channels. It generates the post once and delivers it to every channel on that channel's own schedule, in automated or manual mode for each channel.

A failure stays in one channel

If a delivery fails in one channel, the other channels still receive theirs. A channel whose bot lost its administrator rights is paused after repeated failed deliveries and shows the reason, while the rest keep running.

Limits belong to the plan

Channels are included up to the limit of your plan, not billed one at a time. Most plans also have a monthly post limit that all your channels share. When it is full, Autogram pauses the affected channel and turns it back on when the limit resets or you upgrade.

Multi-channel questions

As many as your plan allows: one channel on the free plan, and unlimited channels on the Business plan. Your plan settings show how much of the allowance you use.

Yes. Each channel has its own AI instructions and its own schedule, so one channel can sound formal and another casual.

No. A channel connects to one Autogram account, and only an administrator of that channel can connect it.

Import them from a CSV file as drafts or scheduled posts. The import is an upload into the channel you choose, not a copy from another channel.
